Does anyone have any information on a daniel Fraser single shot rifle. It's a beautiful little gun with great wood and wonderful case coloring. I'd like to get an approximate value and any history on them if anyone knows. Thanks in advance,
Ed

They were "kit" guns based on the miniture Farquahson action. I had one chambered in .22 K-Hornet, sold it about 10 years ago for $2500.00, (Had $1000.00 worth of wood on it) Wished I still had it.
Fine little gun's if built right!

My recollection is that the Fraser's became quite controversial after the actions were on the market for awhile, and they had been built up into rifles. Believe it was problems with the internal mechanism, i.e either the quality of the materials used, or the workmanship in putting them together.
For specifics on the problems, that the Fraser's had. I would post your questions to this URL.
