Looking at a Ruger Super Blackhawk with serial# of 82-146##. What would the manufacture date of this gun be?

maybe you could help with another question. Should the manufacture date have an impact on the price? Say there was a 1975 in 90% and a 1990 in 90%...would the values be roughly the same?
