Hello Again,
From what I understand, Burris scope company made a 3-9x40 matte scope, with the Colt name on it, for possibly the Elite model rifle. Anybody know what years that may have been? Or if it was for other models too? Thank you.

Believe I asked this before but, Burris made a 3-9x40 scope for Colt, and stamped that way, many moons ago. Can any of you refresh my noggin about the time this happened? Thank you...again.
