Can any one tell me if the "J.C. Higgins Ranger revolver .22" is C&R eligable?

The description of this book says its for a business,but will it be OK to keep a record of my C&R purchases? Or is their a specific book I need to get for this?

The early ones would be C&R eligable but the later ones are not. Most would not be elidgeable yet. I can probably look up the serial number in the records and make that determination if you provide the serial number.

I don't know what the serial number is I found the gun on Gunbroker and the seller hasn't replied to my question about what the serial number is yet.
I will post here if and when the seller tells me what it is.
