While visiting the posted DGR Gunsmith website I noticed a Holbrooke Device, the intent being to allow you to pop in a clip without the bolt slamming forward. With the device installed you load a mag, pull back on the op rod handle & let the bolt fly forward.
How easy is this to install, is there any gunsmithing involved and does it work? I love my M1, but loading it left handed is a challenge.
