What is a fair price for a Colt .22 Ace? I understand condition/box/papers. Just a good ball park starting price.
Thank You

A starting ball park price...... about $1500.00 ... then it goes up from there as you said based on condition, box, papers etc.

Pre-War or Post-War? Early or late of either period? "True" Ace or Service Ace? Condition is most important so no estimate can be made without condition, and the other issues mentioned as well of course.

Hello Judge colt hit the nail on the head colt built the ACE then the service ace all pre WWII then in the seventies came back out with the service ace starting with serial SM14001. the time frame you's was made would have everything to do with value. The ace had no letters in the serial and the service ace had sm as part of the serial
