Lechner Rifle Questions??

I have a couple older Custom Built rifles in .22-250 and .308 that my Grandpa had. These guns have Lechner stamped on them. I have no idea who this is or what they would be worth. These gun have fancy engraving on them and have Weatherby scope on them. These rifle are mint and the detail of work done on them is truly incredible. I just want to know what the value might be or some history and or web sites that deal with this name. Blue book doesn't have a listing for them. Any help is appreciated.
