Which scope bases 71 Belgian Browning bolt action

I am doing a rush job mounting a scope on a Browning Bolt Action "made in Belgium" rifle. 300 Win Mag. Rifle currently has open sights
I have in stock lots of standard bases for A-Bolts. The holes line up but the bottom of the base does not follow the contour of the receiver correctly like it does on a new A-Bolt
Can I use them or is there a better part in either Leupold or Millet?

Your Browning was made by FN in Belgium. These would be the proper bases, not the one for the Japanese made A Bolt.
Call up Brownells customer service folks, Monday AM for verification.
