Mauser hinged floorplate

I am looking for custom hinged floor plate/ triggerguard for a model 93 spanish mauser. My Grandfather has one on his 25-06 he built on a Mauser action. Are any of the triggergaurd/ floor plates from other Mausers interchangeable or do I have to look for spanish Mauser specifically?

Check with Ted to see if the Mexican or the M-24 would be the best choice.

I have a source who does a decent custom conversion. You send him your milspec Mauser trigger guard and floorplate and he can convert it to hinge'd with a model 70 style latch. Choice of finish is one of the higher price aspects of the conversion. The more finish work the higher the price. eg_hunt@netzero.net if you would like more info.

Numrich these for the 95 Chilean short rifle which has a side button. Keep in mind these are milspec not custom and may not have the custom look you are looking for, but then trigger bows can be reshaped to some extent. I've got one here someplace but it would take a while to locate it to post a pic. Their not bad looking and a little reshape to streamline the bow makes a big diff in appearance.
