Colt Shotgun Value?

Hi folks. I have a shotgun which I believe is a Colt Coltsman and am looking for an estimate on its value, and any advice on where/how I should sell it. This gun is a 12 GA pump action, 5 shot capacity, with an uncheckered stock and forearm made of walnut (I think). The action was made in France and has a serial number of 74555. The barrel is 28", Modified Choke, Blued Finish, condition is excellent and barrel markings are:
COLT'S PT.F.A. MFG. CO. HARTFORD CT. U.S.A
----12 GA 3
MOD
The Wood stock has dents, scratches from normal use. It has a colt sticker on the forearm and a plastic recoil "pad" with a colt marking on it.
The receiver appears to be aluminum with a black finish. Some surface marks on the receiver.
I think this is a gun manufactured by Colt in France for Montgomery Ward back in the 60's.
Thanks for the help.

HERE'S WHAT I FOUND FROM ANOTHER COLT SHOTGUN OWNER ... AND REMEMBER, YOUR MILEAGE MAY VARY....
What is the value of a Colt Coltsman 12 GA shotgun around 85 percent condition?
Answer:
The Coltsman pump shotgun was manufactured by Jefferson Arms from an aluminum alloy frame made by Franchi. There were approximately 2000 manufactured between 1961 and 1965.
FAIR MARKET VALUE ....
poor 150
fair 200
good 275
VG 300
Exc 350
This information is from a 2002-2003 gun values book.
Present values are likely higher, although not by much.
SEARCH FOR LIVE OR COMPLETED AUCTIONS AT GB OR OTHER PLACES ON THE WWW. AND YOU MAY FIND DIFFERENT NUMBERS, BUT THESE I BELIEVE ARE CLOSE TO THE REAL DEAL..
COLTSMAN PUMP SHOTGUN 12, 16, OR 20 ga., Manufrance frame assembled by both Kodiak and Montgomery Wards, 26 or 28 in. plain barrel, aluminium frame. Approx. 2000 mfg. 1961 - 1965
100% 98% 95% 90% 80% 70% 60%
$325 295 260 230 200 180 165
R.L. Wilson date book puts them in the 1962-1968 age group, agrees only about 2000 made with most in the 60000-62000 serial number range.
Do advanced search and look at completed auctions on this site to see if any have sold recently. I haven't seen any listed here. Saw one once at a gun show years ago. I'd buy if price was right; sell it on Gun Broker of course.
