Model 90 (1890) .22 with Octagon Nickel Plated Barrel. Would this be original with the nickel plating?
Thanks

I have a question and hope that someone can answer it. I have a winchester model 90 an 06 or 62 and I need to know what the firing sequence is because the one I'm working on is not firing right. What is the proper sequence of events from pulling the trigger to firing to chambering the next round

I am looking for any info on a winchester model 90 serial #219602. I found this in some of my dads old stuff. There is no stock or forearm wood but it loks like all the other parts are there. Any info would be helpfull. Production date parts etc.

    THANKS

I have a friend who has a Winchester Model 90.
    Barrel reads .22 short
Serial No. 512445 and the receiver appears to be nickle plated. Could you please tell me some information on it and the year it was made.

Welcome to GB forums. The serial number that you have provided for what remains of the Winchester Model 90 indicates that the receiver was manufactured in October of 1904. The actual assembley date of the rifle might have been months or even years later.

Dear Kimi, I inherited the same rifle (#271931)from my parents and would like to determine the value of it as well as additional info. I plan to leave it to my children. Thanks, djtripp

Without clear, closeup photos or a detailed description, it's impossible to "guesstimate" a value based solely on your serial number. This link will show you how to post pics: http://forums.gunbroker.com/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=259294

djtripp: Let me try this again... [:)] Your rifle was made in June of 1906, and if you will post pictures like Spider said, then Bert or someone else can help you with its condition and potential value.
