Im looking for any info on a Sharp Shooter 7.65 auto pistol made in Spain. I have alittle about them but trying to figure out when my specimen was made and their rough value. The serial on my is 10844. I cant find a date on it. Any info would be helpful.

As they are so much more uncommon and different than the Spanish "Ruby Type" pistols. It probably be worth more to a collector.
If it doesn't have the Spanish proof marks as noted in Charlie's previous post? It was made prior to 1927.
now the problem i have is this one needs to be fixed. the hammer wont stay locked back so potentially makes it an automatic pistol. hopefully my smith can fix or machine a new part.
proof mark i found was a PV next to a lion proof mark and crown with a shield and X. under the grip says Eibar 1924. so i will go with 1924, lol. It does look like the one pictured above.

I had a couple of the larger Jo-Lo-Ar's years ago. Although unique pistols. They weren't of the highest quality and workmanship. From your description of the hammer "follow threw". The sear/hammer interface surfaces, might be toast.
If it's factory original, and in at least VG condition? Might be able to get more out of it from a collector. Than paying a gunsmith, to make or repair parts for it.
