Anyone know how to remove the slide and barrel for a through cleaning?

    U probably dont have to. Squirt it a few times with aerosol brake cleaner, but beware that such solvent can eat wood finishes, and some plastics. If it's the usual "tip up" barrel, remove mag, tip up the barrel, and move slide to rear. At some point near fully rearward travel, the rear of the slide can be lifted up off of the frame rails, and removed from the gun. The recoil springs on such guns are in "tunnels" on the frame, under the stocks.

    I'm not familiar with the Model 20 so I can't help with any disassembly instructions, but...

    You could contact Beretta USA; they did send me a photo copy of a manual for a discontinued pistol when I asked.
