I know what a benchrest is and what dies are but I guess I'm not familiar with benchrest dies. I have a set of Lyman Swift dies which I bought used at a gun show almost six years ago and they still work fine. I normally only neck size my Swift rounds. Lyman and RCBS are both fine dies with the edge maybe going to RCBS due to their lifetime warranty.

This looks like a 3 die set with one die having a micrometer type head. The instructions say Benchrest Dies

The three die set should have a neck sizing and a micrometer seating dies, and the other might be a full length sizer. It will say on the die. I have a set for 308, I use. With the seater die you can set the bullet off the lands as many thousands you want to.
