Can anyone suggest a good web site for info on the M1a1 paratrooper carbine. Looking for details of markings, dates of mfg etc.

I have the book The M1 Carbine Owner's Guide by Larry Ruth and Scott A. Duff, it gives very detailed information on all carbines, including the M2 and T3, you can get it from Orion 7 enterprises (www.m1garandrifle.com), but you'll either have to call to order or mail it in. Very good book.
