resizing question

I'm looking to do some resizing of some 7.62x54R projectiles down to .308 from .311.
Question is...who makes a resizing die for doing such an operation????
I'm going to experiment with some old Czech projectiles on top of a .30-06...the weight of the projectiles is 183 gms.
Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I've sized .311, jacketed 32-20 bullets down to 308 in a cast bullet resizing die for use in a 30 Luger until I found the larger bullet shot well.
Buy one from Lee or Lyman, they are cheap enough.

I use a LEE Brand Cast Bullet sizing Die in 309 diameter to size down 311 and 312 bullets for use in a 308 and 30/30 win. Bullets shoot great with no problems. Hope this helps.
