Interchanging Parts, AR-10 and AR-15?

I know that there are some parts that can be interchanged on an AR-10 and AR-15 lower. Is the safety selector one of these. Asking for a friend and wanted to be sure, not to familiar with AR's.

They should. Check out the Armalite site to verify.
