A local pawn shop has an excellent Winchester M120 12 GA shotgun for sale for $199. It has a vent rib, screw-in choke tubes, and a Tasco 1.5-4x scope mounted using a saddle mount. I was thinking of buying it to use with the mini-slug 1 1/2 inch shells. Will the short slug rounds feed reliably in this shotgun? I have tried them in a Rem. 870 and Mossberg 500 with poor results. I have heard that they will feed good through a M120, 1200, and 1300 but would like to hear from someone who has actually tried it. Thanks for any replies.

If the shell carrier on a M120 is the same as the 1300, they should work. My 1300 feeds the mini-slugs flawlessly. The carrier design differences is what makes them hang up in the Rems and the Mossbergs.
