Adjustable shotgun stocks

Looking for inexpensive methods to build an adjustable shotgun to loan to new trap and skeet shooters. I have many O/U's but the weight and LOP does not fit many smaller teens. I believe I need to build up a functional Semi, maybe 26" barrel, screw in chokes, and some type adjustable stock. Looked at ATI Akita stocks (sounds like what I am looking for) but they only make them for pump guns. I would like to use a functioning Mossberg 5500/930, or maybe 1100. I can light load a 12 ga. so there's little kick.

Any ideas on the best way to do this with an inexpensive method? (I know, buy a new CZ712 ALS, but I really don't want to spend that much)
