The last two pics are for the Astra 'Cub' / Colt 'Junior' in .22 Short.

Don't know what pistol it's for? But the second one has a integral ramp. These ramps are used in 22 L.R. magazines, along with shortened followers. To enable a magazine designed for .22 LR., to function correctly with .22 short length ammo.
