.223 (SS109) british ammo

Has anyone had any experience with this ammo, it is sold by Century Arms and usually comes in a 150 rd bandoleers, is it any good, reloadable?

    I bought a bandoleer at a gunshow. I shot it thru my Colt CAR-A3 24" brrl w/ 1in9" twist, and got about a 2" group at 300yards. And it probably could have been alot titer, but I wasn't shooting for groups that day. I like it alot, its resonably priced and performs excellent.

    What type of Chronograph are you using, those aren't the same velocities I got? What barrel length were you firing from?
