Ruger Pistol

I have here in my posession a couple of pistols I never knew I had until recently. My grandfather just kicked out at 102 yrs. of age and in his will he left me his WW2 medals, a bayonet, somekind of German officer's pistol and this Ruger. It's in good shape, banged a couple dozen shells threw it, works pretty good. I was wondering what model it might be. The only wording on it is Ruger: 22 cal. Long Rifle Automatic Pistol. And the interesting part is on top of the reciever about an inch away from the rear sight "Made In the 200th Year Of American Liberty". Does this impart any special value on the gun? Not that I mean to sell it.

P.S. One other thing, it also says "Sturm, Ruger & Co., Inc.
Southport, Conn. U.S.A."
