i have gotten in a trade of sort a ruger 357 vaquero with the short 4.63 in barrel. it is a very nice gun with factory ivory grips. the catalog # is KBNV-34-I s/n 056-9xxxx

he dog you may be correct on the price of the new Vaqueros but since the old ones are no longer produced their value has started to increase especially the harder to find ones like what this guy has
if it where mine i would not take less than $400 for it as long as its is in the excellent condition he says it's in

I'd agree with the $450 figure if it was a .45LC but I don't believe the .357 Vaquero brings as much. Still, with the ending of the "Old" Vaquero, it's a good "keeper".
