Was just wondering the pros & cons of a parkerized finish as opposed to a blued finish. Is one a tougher, more durable finish than the other?, does one hold oil(or other moisture barrier/rust preventative) better?. anything else?? thanks in advance.[?][?]

Park holds rust preventive liquids much better and is more resistant to trauma.

A good blue is much more beautiful.

For heavy field use, I'd prefer parkerized. For nicer firearms or safe queens, blued.
