Just sold a Springfield .45ACP to a NR bidder from California.. What is are my next steps with the new laws in effect out there ..thanks

At the risk of being obvious, make sure the gun's on the approved list (yeah, I know, it's the buyers responsibility).

I can't give you any specific tips that aren't on the official site, other than to try and follow their rules and not what some poster on some gun forum might tell you.[8D]

I'm in California, and I wouldn't have a problem with a dealer who wanted to charge an extra ten bucks for the trouble, provided it was noted in the auction, of course.

If your not an FFL holder, the new law does not apply to you, only 01 dealers.
