Mr. Goforth,
I recently acquired an Iver Johnson Model 66S in 38 S&W caliber. Finish is plated ( nickel, I think, not chrome ) except for a blued cylinder. I am assuming until I hear from you that the cylinder is likely a replacement and was probably originally also plated. The gun is NOT marked HIJO but that is the only reference to plated Model 66S revolvers that I've found ( in your Iver Johnson text ). Can you comment on this plated gun with a blued cylinder?
