I have a 100% Rossi Overland 20 ga. I purchased from a friend that bought it in the mid '60s What would be the value It appears unfired Looks Much Higher quality than the lower end Remington/Winchester/Stoeger Ive seen

You are confusing the phantasy asking prices that folks who don't have a clue, are trying to get out of their toys. With real life actual sales prices these shotguns are selling for. Do a smart search on the auction to find out what the Rossi's are actually selling for. In my experience also, 12 gauges sell quicker and for a better price then 20's. Also these hammer replicas sell better with the shorter "Stage Coach" barrels then with the 28" barrels. I don't recall if you mentioned what your barrel length was?
I have seen 2 or 3 of these at auctions in the last 18 months. They all sold for around $350.
