Had a question for the experts, I have been told of a winchester 28 ga shotgun that is marked "winchester harrington, worcester ma.
did winchester ever do a joint venture with harrington & richardson.

Perhaps but doubtful. I have a Winchester 1906 wearing a Remington 510 barrel, and I know for sure it wasn't a joint venture. But you never know sometimes - I was surprised Mossberg made 870 barrels.
