What are WW1 Gew.98's running?

What is the value on the standard WW1 98 Mauser right now? Stock is VG with no grease, dents and small nicks. Bluing is about 75-80%, bolt finish has minor stains and spots, matching serials, bore Good-VG. I've seen these going for $125 at a local gun show, but in bad shape; a store nearby has two in stock for $225 each.
