I am looking for a lever action 223 and the only thing close is the Browning 22-250. Is anyone aware of such a new or late model rifle?

Browning Lightning BLR .223remYes they have made it, don't know if they still do, but know they have. You may run across a used one. Yup, looking at it right here. The browning BLR lightning model similar to BLR '81 but with forged alloy reciever and redesigned trigger group, available in .223REM Valued $325 made 1995 to date. Its a lever action fed by a box magazine, it would be very unlikely to find a .223rem made in a tubular magazine configuration because most .223 has a pointed tip bullet which could cause a primer to ignite and blow your arm off. But box fed they sit safely stacked ontop one another.
