I looked at a remington model 11 shotgun today that had been worked over by a gunsmith. It was parkerized but may have been an aftermarket job. I did not see any military marks on it. My question is on the bottom of the receiver where the shells go in above the ser # (4x,xxx) were the letters W.W.W. stamped. The gunsmith said he had only saw one other gun with this stamped on it before (he didn't mention what other gun)and did not know what it meant. Does any of our experts have an idea what this stands for?
I spent all my money on guns, women, and beer. The rest I just wasted.wiredog70@hotmail.com
