Relfex mount question for AR15 flat-top

I have an ar15 with a flat-top upper with standard front sight and ARMS #40 flip up rear sight. I am interested in purchasing a Trijicon Reflex II sight and ARMS #15 mount for it. I was wondering if this will mount high enough so the front sight is not totally in the way but low enough to allow the iron sights to be used as back up without having to remove the Reflex sight. Any info on this would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

You will probably have a little of the front sight showing but it should not be a problem. You may want to re-consider that Trijicon sight. I had one that would not hold zero for 20 rounds. I have talked with other people (civilians) with similar problems. The military guys I know have not had this problem. They are probably getting a better mil-spec version.
