Hi
I intend to hunt in Maine this season and the law with handguns is that it must be exposed. I need some holster recommendations. I prefer a shoulder holster. One that stays in place without a belt loop. No scope. If no go, who makes a good belt rig that I can ware outside my coat

    I would look into a bandelero rig for your needs. You most likely will not find a shoulder holster that can be worn on the outside of your coat. For a hip holster, I would reccommend a DeSantis, Bianci, or Galco leather rig that is suede lined. You can get a matching belt as big as you wish to go around your coat.
