I came across a beretta model 425 shotgun. I am unable to find much out about it. The gun is in 9/10 condition. Looks good but I have no idea what to offer. The lady who has it says it was her dad's and thinks it is from the early 60's.

Thanks for any help on this.

I checked my older Blue Book. Strange that it has Models 424 and 426 listed. But no 425? The are high quality, pricy shotguns. At 90%, they have them listed, at over $1000.

There were a couple shotgun specific forums, on the net. You might be better served hunting them up. The guys who frequent them, are shotgun pros. And would have a better handle, on the current fair market value of a Model 425.
