IDENTIFY MARKING DISC GEW 98?

Inherited GEW 98 WWI was mfg. Amberg 1912. No finger grooves/forearm. Has marking disc in butt stock I need help deciphering. It is: B.14 R 7 131 I hope someone knows what this means?
