1885 Winchester help

I need to confirm which of the two stories I've been told is correct. How common is the 40-65 round in a hiwall.

I seem to recall Bert put up a list of numbers versus calibers. But I can't find it.

Thanks for the list, knew I had seen it somewhere. Don't see a listing for all mine, so they must be outside the top 30.

The 40-65 WCF is in the top 30 list (23rd). I have the complete list for all calibers/cartridges.

I saw the 40/645, but not a 50/95 or the 405

For the 405 WCF, there were (43) in the letterable serial number range, and (3) verified thus far above serial number 109999.

For the 50-95 WCF, there were (253) in the letterable range, and (1) verified thus far above serial number 109999.

The top rifle in my signature picture is a 50-95 WCF, and the center rifle is a 405 WCF.
