Hello everyone. I am currently looking for a new 9mm. I would like something very compact and hammerless. I have recently accuired my CWP and am carrying a .38 S&W. Cost is not really an issue. Can ya'll please give some suggestions? Thank you.

Kahr P9 or the the standard Kahr 9. It is excellent. The same size as a PPK.

A glock 26 is very compact, light weight, and no hammer.

I'm not the resident expert on hammerless 9mm. Personally I was looking toward the Taurus Millenium and the Glock 26.

Kel-Tec P11. It's lightweight, reliable, has a great warranty and costs about $230. Check them out at www.ktog.org.

Don't overlook the Sig P-239, it is a great shooting sub nine and probably the most reliable one out there, good luck...

The most power in the smallest and lightest package is the Kel-Tec P11. While not hammerless, the hammer is hidden except briefly as it rises and falls during firing. The P11 holds 10+1 of 9x19 and weighs only 14 ounces without magazine. You can carry a 15-round S&W magazine as a spare. The P11 is inexpensive, not cheap. Most are reliable right out of the box, but if not, factory service is outstanding and rapid. Most problems can be fixed easily as related on the Kel-Tec owners web site.A Kahr Micro will be a bit smaller, but is a lot heavier and will hold several less rounds (6+1?), plus it costs hundreds more. The Kel-Tec P11 is my recommendation.
