Mini-14 Clark Barrel Stabalizer, does it work?

I've been less than satisfied with my Mini-14s accuracy. I thought it was a bad scope and it did have a loose lens, but I put a new one on and the groups improved, but not as much as I'd hoped..

I don't really want to spend the money for a heavy barrel and the conversion.

Has anyone ever used a Clark Barrel Stabalizer and with what success?

    The mini 14's are just not gonna give you the kind of accuracy you are expecting. At 100 yards, you are doing good if you can keep them all on a dinner plate sized target. I don't know why Ruger doesn't offer an accurized version, heavy barrel, better trigger.
