shipping firearm

I can't find what I'm looking for so please help me out. Is it not required by ATF that firearms are required to be shipped to the "PREMISIS ADDRES", as opposed to shipping to my mailing address which is a post office box. I routinely receive guns at my POB. THX HAWKSHAW

    I know this is a much repeated post, however I have a brother who is need of a deer rifle. And I was thinking of "mailing him a rifle to Ft. Rucker Alabama. He lives on post "helo pilot" anyway there is a gunshop in a small town near him. What do I need to do to get it to him?
