This was a commemrative made for Winchester, by USRAC, in the New Haven plant. It is NOT a grade one. It appears to be the high grade, but would need to see pictures of the rest of the rifle to make sure. There was one above the high grade also that there was only supposed to be 100 made. Here is the listing from the Blue Book.

Dealers are getting $750 for the 1894-1994 Trapper rifles. I would expect this one to do better in this time of wildly inflated USRAC prices.

This is not a standard centennial model, the engraving is all wrong for that, also stock and metal finish. The ser# and box identify it as a grade 1,1 of 120000 rifle but every thing else suggest custom grade or possibly that winchester sold 100 plain non engraved rifles to someone for custom work ?
