s&w revolver/value

I have a s&w 357 magnum model 28 highway patrolman. serial# S194293. has a 4" barrel and is in fair to good condition.was told by 3 different people it's worth $300, $400, and $600. can anyone narrow this down. thanks

if only FAIR condition then the $300.00 is the closest to what it is worth . Pictures in good light close-up and in focus will let us NARROW it down better.
