Looking for a pistol 40 that will convert to 22

Im looking for some suggestions on what pistol I should look at. Id like a 40 but also like to be able to convert to 22lr for target shooting. What do the experts think?

The EAA Witness has conversion kits for almost every common pistol caliber. They are a nice pistol too.

Any 1911 platform and a Marvel Conversion Kit

Pretty much ALL of the major service type .40 pistols have .22 conversions now:

1911
Glock
Sig 226
Beretta
CZ-75 (and clones like EAA witness)
Browning hi-power

And there are probably others.

Expect to pay around $200 for a decent conversion upper.
