Trying to ID a model 42 that I got my hands on and know your the 1885 guy but thought you might know someone or something. Its got a checkered forearm standard stock and aftermarket Simmons oval post vent rib which is marked differently than any I Have seen "Simmons gun specialties patented". Trying to figure out what grade the thing is could this be a skeet grade? 26 inch barrel. Full Choke.
