Maadi ak-47 front sight replace or adjust?

I just received a maadi 7.62x39 maadi from ArtG who said it was in excellent condition. The front sight seems tweaked. Not the whole sight, but the "elevation" adjustment pin. It looks like someone didn't screw it in straight. Does anyone know if this is common or is there something I am misunderstanding. Can you replace the whole front sight easily? it looks like it screws off or is it the two pins holding it on? Please offer advise. Thanks and God Bless USA !!!
