I picked up DPMS Sweet 16 lastnite with a RR 2 stage trigger lastnite. My question is " is it possible to drop the pull on it and how? "

You can go to work with a stone, and risk messing it up. You can also try cutting one of the "legs" off the spring and ope it doesn't light strike. I think Brownells sells a "package" for decreasing pull on ar triggers, although I have never used one.

suggest buying a good drop in like a Timney or like.

SO the RRA trigger is not really adjustable?

Most AR's have a 2 stage trigger; most are not adjustable.

RRA makes a 2 stage match trigger, also not adjustable, but which will satisfy most folks.

You bought someone else's mixed parts rifle; if you aren't happy, you will need to upgrade it.
