Western Field 16ga plug help

I have this old western field shotgun in 16ga. its a M550BB. It doesnt have a plug, anybody have any info on how to take the magazine tube apart/off so i can put a plug in it...tommorow is the first day of pheasant and this is the only shotgun i have at the time. Please help.

Sir,

Your WF shotgun should be infact a Mossberg 500 with a house brand name on it.

The mag tube should be threaded into the reciever. Try unscrewing the mag tube as a unit.

Do you need a plug in your gun for upland birds in your state? Federal law is no more than 3 can fit in the gun for waterfowl. Doesn't apply to upland birds. Maybe your state requires it for everything.
