Garbage or Worth Something?

My 91 yr. old grandmother handed me a box of assorted bullets (60 in all) and said, "Get rid of these, please." She was concerned about putting them out in the garbage. I googled to find out how to dispose of bullets and found this site. I don't know squat about ammo and don't want to throw away something valuable that she could possibly profit from. The bullets are very old. I have a list of the inscriptions on them. There's one that looks like a mini missile (approximately 3-1/4 inches long). The only lettering I could find on that was what I think to be "H A 81 H" although I could be wrong. Anyone interested in seeing the complete list? Thanking you in advance.

However, there's certainly collector interest in old ammo, & some of it will bring a good price. A list is of no value; you need to post photos in order for anyone to figure out what it is. There is a "sticky" near the top of the first page of this forum that explains how to post photos.

Second pic. is mostly 22 rimfire. The bigger one looks like a 25cal.
Third pic. looks like one 12ga. and three 20ga. shotgun shells.
Fourth pic. is what it says on the box, 25ACP ammo.
Still need pics. of head stamps to make sure.
The advise to take it to the police to dispose of is good advise, or perhaps have them come and pick it up, rather than transporting it yourself.
If there is a a gun club nearby, you COULD take the Ammo there to see if someone wants it.
that first round could also be milsurp .303. i'll have to look up that headstamp.
the 25acp might be appealing to a browning collector, or someone with a colt 1908 or a junior. you could probably get $0.75-1.00 a round for that manufacturer, with the original box.
so, i don't hink youre gonna get rich on the ammo, but you can get beer money for it!
