What sort of a firearm is it?
It's a Winchester 30-30 Like the Golden Boy rifle .
It's called a "Texax Commemorative" Under six Flags.
Has saddle ring. Has coin in butt stock with 6 heros of The Alomo.
The side plate says 1845
1970.
It's in super shape too. I thought the clerk was gonna tell me 5-7 hindred for it.
It's very heavy. Beautiful walnut furniture.
Some times you just walk in those places at the right time!
I am assuming that this rifle is used and not in the box. If that is the case, it is a very nice shooter, and you got it at a bargain. Enjoy.
