Win. m-70 dob?

Just received this m-70 from my cousins estate, .30/06 #171330. from one of the sites above it states late 1950. just checking to see if this is accurate. thanks

picked this up at a l.g.s today, win. m-70 "heavy varmint" in .308, syn. stock with alum. bedding block, ser. # G24978xx (push feed)
'BLUE BOOK' said these were made from 1993 to 1999

Mid December, 1950. It should also have a "50" marked barrel.

That is not a big surprise. Apparently, that rifle was not assembled until at least a few months into the year 1951.
