Can anyone tell me a ballpark value of a Navy Arms 45 long colt 1875 Army Remington style. I have no way to post pictures but in a NRA description I would say 60% condition. Also would like to know who made this revolver for Navy Arms and approximately when it was made. Any info is always appreciated.

60% puts it well into the 'shooter' class, maybe just north of $100 but not much. probably made by Piatta (sp?) there should bet 'proof' marks that would tell year of production.

GOOGLE, "Italian Proof Marks". Year of proof, will be one of the marks.

Besides Pietta, as Mike noted. The Italian companies of Pedersoli and Uberti, also made various guns for Navy Arms.
